The mission of the AACMFS Foundation is to facilitate the continuous improvement of the quality of patient care within the realm of Craniomaxillofacial surgery by advancing and disseminating the results of research, innovation and education.

Craniomaxillofacial surgeons are advancing this area of surgery through innovative research, practice and education
